Water treatment units

Water treatment units are appliances that combine several water treatment technologies in one system. They may be installed on the main incoming water supply point (Komeo), in water recovery for the supply of a secondary system (BIO-RAIN), or specifically at the water utilisation point (point of use UV-C generator).

How do water treatment units work?

Komeo

Komeo is is the only water treatment solution that stops the build-up of limescale and purifies water throughout the home. Komeo automatically detects water leaks, communicates household water consumption and lets the user know when consumables need changing. Moreover, Komeo can be remotely controlled by an app for tablets and smartphones.

The BIO-RAIN kit

A combination of filtering technology and water disinfecting:

• Sediment is filtered at two levels: matter in suspension contained in the water 
• Neutralises the bad taste of chlorine 
• Reduces the pesticides and herbicides contained in water 
• Bacteria destroyed by the action of UV-C radiation 

For treatment that is not limited in capacity, it is recommended that the Protéo 5 in 1 be used.

Point of use UV generator

This kit combines filtering technology with water disinfecting:

• Sediment filtering: matter in suspension contained in the water 
• Neutralises the bad taste of chlorine 
• Reduces the pesticides and herbicides contained in water 
• Bacteria destroyed by the action of UV-C radiation 

This kit can only be installed at the water utilisation point.

What are its applications?

Komeo is installed on the main incoming water supply point and is recommended for residential applications. It provides full protection for all the system equipment and significantly improves water quality for the entire house. The unit is multi-purpose and can also be used to treat drill or source water.

The Biorain kit is particularly suitable for the treatment of rain water, for the supply of a secondary system in a residential installation.

The point of use UV-C generator is designed for treatment at the point of utilisation, and can be installed under the sink. It may be used for any specific installation that has no public water supply (chalets, caravans, houses without drinkable public water supply, boats, etc.).
